What a legend! I used to love watching his doco's. I always wanted to head over to Australia Zoo, his wildlife park. Freak accident too stabbed in the only place that would be fatal.

Apparently, he always said he'd die in the ocean, creepy eh?
But for sure, he was an origional and will never be replaced.

(Poor Steve Irwin. At least it was quick-- there are worse ways to die than doing what you love. I really feel sorry for his family... I can imagine what they're going through.)

Firebird-- exactly the demonstration of tact and sensitivity I would have expected. And..um... tres skillful use of photoshop!
